1. Payment Terms

All services must be paid in full at the time of booking or at the time of service, unless otherwise arranged. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to failed or declined payment methods.

2. Cancellation Policy

We understand that schedules can change. However, to respect our team’s time and other clients, we require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule appointments.

· Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a $50 cancellation fee.

· This fee applies to all appointments, regardless of service type or duration.

· No-show charges will not be applied as 100% of the service fee. Instead, the flat $50 cancellation fee will be enforced in those instances as well.

3. Refund Policy

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds on treatments, packages, or memberships. Exceptions may be made for documented medical conditions or billing errors at our discretion.

4. SMS and Mobile Communication Compliance

By providing your phone number, you consent to receive appointment reminders, updates, promotional offers, and other service-related messages via SMS or phone call from Healthy Living Medical.

· Message frequency varies.

· Message and data rates may apply depending on your carrier.

· You can opt out anytime by replying STOP or contacting us at info@www.healthy livingtxk.com.

We use secure third-party providers like Twilio to send these messages and manage your appointments. Your information is protected in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

5. Service Disclaimer

Healthy Living Medical offers wellness and aesthetic services intended to support body transformation, beauty, and wellness goals. Our services are non-medical and are not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any disease.

Results vary per individual and are not guaranteed. Always consult your physician before starting any new health or wellness treatment.

6. Client Responsibility

It is the client’s responsibility to inform us of any allergies, medical conditions, or sensitivities prior to receiving treatment. Failure to do so may increase the risk of adverse reactions, for which Healthy Living Medical is not liable.
